Douglas Yoder
Douglas was a First Prize Winner of Penn State University’s Young Artist’s Competition, where he performed the Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 with orchestra. He has performed in solo recital in England, Germany, and Poland, and the United States, and as a chamber artist. He studied for an Advanced Studies Certificate at the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Poland under the tutelage of Bronislawa Kawalla.
Douglas studied engineering in Pennsylvania (B.S.), philosophy, politics, and economics at the University of Oxford (B.A. and M.A.), and the philosophy of religion and biblical studies (Ph.D.) in California. His book Tanakh Epistemology: Knowledge and Power, Religious and Secularwas published by Cambridge University Press in June 2020.

Gaby Sipen
Gabrielle Sipen is a Los Angeles born pianist and educator whose performances have spanned the United States, Puerto Rico, and Europe in venues including Palazzo Chigi-Saracini, Chopin’s home at Zelazowa Wola, Zipper Concert Hall, Skirball Cultural Center, Steinway Gallery, and Richard Nixon Presidential Library.
Since making her orchestral debut at the age of 12 with the Southwestern Youth Festival Orchestra, Gabrielle has appeared with the UCLA Symphony, Los Angeles Bach Festival Orchestra, Brentwood Westwood Symphony Orchestra, Antelope Valley Symphony Orchestra, and Polish Festival Orchestra.
Gabrielle is a prizewinner of many competitions, including the XIV Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford CT, and X Los Angeles International Liszt Competition. She was awarded a Dean’s Medal at UCLA and has received awards at the state and national level in MTNA, MTAC, and CAPMT competitions.
Currently, Gabrielle is completing her DMA in Piano Performance at UCLA with Dr. Inna Faliks. Prior to her graduate studies, Gabrielle studied with Roza Yoder. She has participated in masterclasses with many distinguished musicians including Dina Joffe, Boris Berman, Ian Jones, Pavel Nerssesian, Natalia Troull, Eteri Andjaparidze, Edward Wolanin, Vitaly Margulis, and Dmitry Rachmanov.
Prior to her doctorate studies, Gabrielle received a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology and a Master of Music in Piano Performance from UCLA. She works as a Behavioral Neuroscience Teaching Fellow at UCLA and has assisted in various research projects at USC’s Brain & Music Lab.
Adrien Ramos
Adrien has been awarded First Prize in many city, regional, and state competitions, and received Third Prize in the Los Angeles Liszt International Piano Competition and the Lansum International Piano Competition.
He has given solo performances in Poland and performed in chamber music recitals in Zipper Hall of the Colburn School of Music, and has participated in master classes with Edward Wolanin, David Garrett, Martin Beaver, Che-Yen Chen, and Baruch Meir. Adrien studied piano with Larissa Rachmanova and Róża Kostrzewska Yoder.
Roza Kostrzewska Yoder, Artistic Director
Róża made her orchestral debut at the age of eleven, has recorded for Polish National Radio and Polish National Television, and is the prizewinner of many piano competitions. She has collaborated in chamber performances with Luz Leskowitz, Jorg Demus, Paul Badura-Skoda, and the Salzburg Solisti, and has performed in solo recital in Germany, Austria, Finland, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and the United States.
A graduate with highest distinction from the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Poland, Róża studied under Bronislava Kawalla, Jan Ekier, Former Chair of the Jury of the Chopin International Piano Competition, and Daniel Pollack, Antoinette and John Perry, Vitaly Margulis, and Irina Dąbrowska. Active as a performer and teacher in Greater Los Angeles, Róża frequently gives master classes and lectures for students and teachers, and has led many study programs in Poland, France, and the United States.
Róża has taught piano festivals as a colleague of Dina Joffe (Second Prize Winner of the Chopin International Piano Competition), Natalia Troull (Second Prize Winner of the Tchaikovsky Competition and Professor of Piano at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory), Pavel Nersessian (First Prize Winner of the International Dublin Piano Competition and Professor of Piano at Boston University), and Edward Wolanin (First Prize, Darmstadt International Piano Competition).
Dominik Yoder
Dominik directed unusual passion and determination toward music from a very young age, beginning piano studies at the age of two on his own initiative. His playing has been described as “authoritative and lyrical, a powerful technique spiced with an impish sense of humor.”
He is a Winner of the 2025 Beverly Hills National Audition and First Prize Winner of the 2025 New York Concert Guild Competition, and he received Second Prize in the 2025 Hartford International Chopin Competition, Fourth Prize in the 2025 Fujairah International Piano Competition, Second Prize in the 2024 Los Angeles International Liszt Competition, the Gold Medal in the 2018 Kosciuszko Foundation Competition for Young Pianists in Washington, D.C., and the Grand Prize in the 2018 Redlands Competition, thanks to which he performed with orchestra. He has been awarded First Prize in more than a dozen local, regional, and state competitions.
in 2022, Dominik received the Wybitny Polak (“Outstanding Pole”) award from the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles.
Dominik has performed in Żelazowa Wola (the birthplace of Frederic Chopin) and elsewhere in Poland, Puerto Rico, Germany, and the United States in solo recital, and he has performed with the Culver City Symphony Orchestra, the Brentwood Symphony Orchestra, the Southwest Youth Chamber Music Festival Orchestra, and the Hollywood Orchestra for Redlands Bowl.
He has performed on Polish television and radio, and he has participated in master classes with Natalia Troull, Dina Joffe, Eteri Andjaparidze, Edward Wolanin, Alexander Korsantia, Boris Berman, Dmitry Rachmanov, Wojciech Kocjan, Jura Margolis, and Antoinette Perry.
He studies piano with Róża Kostrzewska Yoder.
